Helps with sore calves

Sometimes my calves start to hurt and I realize that I have poor circulation and it helps to move. It also relieves my tendinitis, but I have to make undulating movements for it to massage. But afterwards I feel great. It doesn't fit comfortably around big hips, which sucks.

My first use. Comfortable ergonomic handles. It hurts some as others have said, but helps with pain in chronic spasmodic calf muscles. That gave me some relief for a while. How durable? I think this will break down over time. It's also very narrow, and you spread it slightly to target larger muscle groups. I think it will shrink sooner or lose the tightness needed for small areas. It was too wide for my hands! But they worked on the calves and thighs. โ€ฆ 4 out of 5 overall.
