The fit was great. I have a hard top, split rail, and the lid fits snugly on everything including the engine. The VHF antenna is screwed on / removed from the bracket. I expect the radar (dome) underneath will be fine, I went for full coverage over a T-top design. In general, the under-top design could be better, so whatever is installed on the T-top is exposed but not affected by the lid. For example, if you have an open lattice, you definitely want an under-T-top collar design. I didn't remove the antenna either. I installed it on a moderately warm day and the inside of the lid got very hot within seconds. The vents are pretty lame, but the air gaps around the motor provide ventilation. It could use an opening in the nose to provide air flow. Maybe I'll think of something later. The real test is the New England winter.
