Review on πŸ”— 500 Pcs Adjustable Durable Nylon Zip Ties for Home Office Garage Workshop - Heavy Duty Self-locking Cable Ties in Black by Eric Mueller

Revainrating 1 out of 5

CHEAP quality doesn't mean durability

Pros: + Your dollar amount is nearly depleted with this item + Cheap Cons: - Cheap construction. Almost 1 out of 2 breaks when you apply force to it. Any size is too flimsy to be used for anything other than basic and FREE cable management. It's actually cheaper to buy a classic jar with white zip ties at your local hardware store. Other thoughts: These have to be the cheapest, trashiest zip ties I've ever seen. Just the average size in this package gives the appearance of a "good job" at maintaining integrity. All other sizes (including the bigger and supposedly strong ones) are so crappy that they fall apart as soon as you put pressure on them. In the smaller sizes, they're so poorly made that almost 1 out of 3 doesn't even grab or "tear" like they do (the little tab doesn't snag at all). While this may seem like a good buy, you're actually getting MORE for LESS when you purchase a pack of white cable ties from your local hardware store. The item in this review is a cheap Chinese knockoff that should be taken off all shelves. The only reason I haven't tried returning them is because for basic cable management in computer cases, they get the job done, even if I end up snapping 1/4 of them and another 1/4 won't even zip. It just really pisses me off as I work in telco, IT and am also a DIY enthusiast to see something that seems impossible to screw up like "zip ties" being of such amazingly poor quality. I will NOT buy again. You should do yourself a favor and avoid this at all costs.
