The team at TTEK has been extremely helpful in working with our organization towards building out an effective system solution tailored specifically toward meeting needs we were having within the agency side. They have done so without any pushback or hard feelings. It's great knowing they are there if you need them! Not much; I wish it was easier to keep up-to date about their progress/challenges along the way since sometimes communication can be difficult when dealing with remote teams from different locations throughout time zones. Being able to focus more intently upon solving problems than worrying about day-in & -out issues helps me stay productive while doing what I do best -- solve business challenges!
