This product was recommended to me by 2 vets and I really respect their opinions. I have used it on my older dog who had heart problems, valley fever and a stool that didn't look right. In the last months of his life I fed him twice a day. This worked very well and made his job easier. I now have a Shepherd mix with liver disease. Due to the restricted diet she is following she has become constipated (NOT GOOD FOR A DOG WITH LIVER DISEASE)! It also helped her a lot. I would recommend this product for dogs suffering from constipation OR older dogs that need digestive support. I ordered this from Revain, got free shipping and was amazed at how quickly it arrived! When they said it's not good for a dog with liver disease, I meant constipation. The product works great.
