Review on 📻 Rugged Ridge 11503.96 Radio Mount Kit & Antenna for Jeep Wrangler JK (07-18) by Austin Arvayo

This kit would be fine if a few key issues were fixed before going into production. First, the radio mount is too flimsy when using a full size CB. I have a Uniden Bearcat 980S and it bounced all the time because the mount wasn't rigid enough for such a radio. Second, the antenna mount would be great if it was level. After I installed it and placed my Firestik antenna on top, looking at the back of the jeep you could see that the antenna was tilted a few degrees to the right. I returned the kit and went to Quadratec.com where I purchased their quick release CB radio mount and Terraflex antenna mount. My antenna is now vertical and not tilted.
