Wow I was scared to replace them but I watched two youtube videos by two different people to find out how to do it. But I couldn't knock her out like in the video. Your mileage may vary, but I used one of those circular port freight cutting discs to cut it in half and then it came out easily. I recommend doing this because I'm actually bending some of the darn thick metal end that they easily attach to. So much so that the clips didn't click properly. Filed a little on the inside of the metal lever so the clip has a little more play than the clip. Do yourself a favor, don't try to knock it out without cutting those old crosses in half, so all you have to do is knock out the short plug. Also use a large screw or you will damage the finish and possibly bend the metal.
