I connected them to Raspberry Pi Pico by crimping some Duponte connectors and placing a 4.7kΩ resistor between the power line and the data line. So far, so good. When I took my temperature she said I was 97F so it looked like it was within tolerance. I haven't checked anything else but I'm guessing I'm about 98.6 F? It appears to be consistent in measurements and produces a smooth chart when taking a sample every 30 seconds to measure heat of fermentation. The probe itself is very responsive when I hold it in my hand. As I sample every second, I see it growing almost in real time. The transition from room temperature to "exact" body temperature takes about 30 seconds.
