Not sure how this company is still doing. Had the exact same problem on a very similar device a few years ago. I spent a few days trying to fix this and sent the repair instructions to Ice Dock, but they still didn't help. To put it simply, if the laptop is compatible with the SATA specs, hello will disable that drive because it doesn't tell the host that it exists. Also not sure what they were thinking with the ejection mechanism. Inserting an SSD leaves a large, sharp plastic lever protruding from the edge of the laptop.
