At the risk of offending the authors of negative reviews, I had to write my positive ones - I don't know how it was possible to make the instructions clearer or how to pay more attention to the fact that the goods has arrived safely. The individual frames are numbered and there are detailed instructions with pictures as a guide. Wooden dowels hold the parts in place, while screws add strength. As for the folks who talk about the end result being "upside down," they seem to be missing the point of how easy it is to peel the backing off of individual frames - something I think you'll appreciate think. d is a must anyway if you want to replace the stock photos with yours (?!) While not difficult at all, it does take a bit to assemble (34 screws, 17 dowels) so I'm not going with a full 5 stars. I also didn't like all the individually wrapped plastic - maybe a set of 12 could be shrink-wrapped with one piece? Overall I am very satisfied and ready to buy another one.
