I have chronic pain and have used many massage guns over the years for this and for sore muscles after a workout. I think this one is above average. It has enough power (for a mini massager) and a good range of power levels (22) to set it up for what I need to use it for. I love that it comes with a hard case for storage and a printed instruction manual. I wish the manual detailed what specific massage heads should be used for. The package included a good set of massage jets. It also charges easily, showing 88 on the display when fully charged. It's quiet when in use and the battery life is pretty good.
