It is difficult to call from the contact list. EDITED
After I added all my contacts I realized I had to scroll through the list to find the contact I wanted to call. There is no label like there was on my Panasonic. **** After working with the phone for a while I figured out how to get a contract without scrolling through them. My only complaint is that the instructions that came with the phone are not detailed enough.
