Fur. The concept is exactly what I needed but the execution leaves a lot to be desired

Like many others, I suspect that I bought this product because of a video review by a popular YouTuber at Video- Mechanism. Multifunctionality on a single desktop mount is a *very* underserved area, and this one seemed to fill all sorts of needs. However, I quickly ran into a few problems: The tablet holder is an "either/or" VESA mount (laptop holder or monitor, you choose, not both). hold any meaningful weight, and to the extent that it supports the weight, it doesn't smoothly adjust. I now use it in combination with a very light boom mic (the YouTuber used a form of the same general mic style) and the bounce transferred to the hand, even when I'm typing, is very significant (the table movement is very little). , but by the time it reaches the mic, it's a lot). This isn't the kind of mic boom that can just be flipped to the side and then easily snapped back into its original position. The bracket attachment system is a mix of types. Some have a friction clamp, others simply take advantage of the weight's natural friction on the outside at the end of the arm and the way the side weight is placed on the bar. They all work, but you'll have to figure out what you have when setting things up. The slot I use to route the cable up the bar is actually a pathway for the friction clamp that holds the hands. Cable routing on the arms themselves is fantastic, but the actual stand is sorely lacking. Overall, this is a great concept that has clearly done some great thinking. Unfortunately, the thoughts sometimes seem incomplete and the elements are quite cheap to build. A great idea. With the right approach, I would easily pay double or more than I paid for this one. That seems to be the problem of what "done right" is.
