I have a Lenovo laptop for my home office that I have connected to a dual monitor system. I advocated a docking station, but now I don't have one. So I use four ports: USB-C charger, USB for my mouse/10 bluetooth buttons, HDMI for one monitor, and USB-C for another monitor. I used an HDMI to USB-C adapter. And the adapter was about 3 months old when it accidentally died. (During my Monday morning launch, rushing to my first Webex in a week to add to the inconvenience and general confusion.) I decided to switch from direct HDMI to USB-C to this cable. And it works like a charm, good quality braided cord and gives my desk a smoother look.
