It took some time to get started. While the arm pieces fit in fairly quickly, you'll also need to put in a few screws and plastic pieces. This is interesting because some segments of the lever already had the plastic and screws installed while others didn't. I don't know why some segments were good right away and others I had to stitch together, but that's how it is. Next, it has a pretty good range of motion, but it doesn't move smoothly. Fine-tuning is very difficult, but once you're happy with the position of the monitor, you're good to go. Finally, there is the problem with the center mount. There is a metal bracket that connects to a plastic adapter that connects to another metal/VESA plate. This plasticine is terrible! You just can't apply enough pressure to effectively compress this plastic and hold the monitor securely in place. This causes the monitor to tip over. I replaced this plastic part with a metal part that I bought online and have had no problems since. In general everything is fine. It was probably worth it in terms of cost, but it was a painful installation experience.
