The account manager always responded to my emails within hours, even when I had sent them at 12am in India! Great service from this team - they were extremely knowledgeable about both our industry as well other industries we might want exposure too (such financial services). They did such great work for us but have been so professional throughout each step of it all which made things very easy indeed!! Their communication skills are outstanding also with clients who may be out-of area or geographically far away etc.- excellent customer support & understanding how important your needs can sometimes seem compared what's offered locally / nationally/ regionally? Would recommend reaching into these guys if you need fantastic help getting started up again after lay offs like myself :) We got new business leads due solely thanks to one video produced by Reach Media Group.
