The product worked perfectly as advertised. It was elegant and easy to use. The item was well packaged and arrived quickly. This is a special tool that really worked for the task at hand. Requirement for dismantling a front-loading washing machine. The downside is that it's very, very, very expensive for a specialty tool.

- The expander expands both ends of the seal tension spring at the same time, which can free the metal cable and allow one person to replace the seal.
