The best part about this product is that it helped us in maintaining patient safety, as we were able to use our own data analysis software without any third party support or licenses required! There was nothing bad I can say so far since its been an amazing experience for me & my colleagues with their help when ever needed during office hours!! Very good customer service provided from first call until after sale purchase of device till post sales even if there are some minor issues found at times but they would always respond very fast!
