Review on ZONKO by Sean Skinner

I have shopped with a variety of internet retailers and have had both good and bad experiences. Recently, I've had a bad experience with ZONKO, and it's left me feeling discouraged and let down. This computer and electronics shop had a lot of potential, but they never lived up to my aspirations. To begin with, ZONKO did not provide me with products of the grade I had anticipated. The tablet I bought lagged and was slow, and its charger ceased functioning after only a few uses. I tried to get a refund or exchange from them, but their customer service was useless and rude when I called. It took days and a barrage of letters before I got an answer to my inquiry, and even then they were hesitant to provide any help. In addition, I had a hard time navigating the site and locating the goods I needed. Product descriptions were vague and missing crucial information like gadget dimensions and weight. Because of this, I was unable to make educated choices about what to buy. In sum, I was very dissatisfied and annoyed by my time spent using ZONKO. Their products and services fell short of my requirements, and their customer care representatives were rude and uninformative. If you're searching for high-quality and dependable electronics and computers, look elsewhere.
