I put up with cables because they are louder and have more bass than my best Bluetooth headphones. Additionally, the 1/4" plug allows me to connect to the 1/4" headphone jacks on my Roland GR-55 guitar synth and other headphone jacks without an adapter, leaving a free site for creativity and splitting/combining vocals and / or other music to play. If I were a DJ, this feature would come in handy because of the separate L/R capabilities. But not me. I'm a singer songwriter and it's great when he double sucks! Sound quality = sound like $300 headphones! The only downside is that they are NOT REALLY firm. It can and will break at the plastic stress points if you lie on your side and use it as a headrest. Something broke for me. Disappointed but bought the second pair, just looked at them a bit and jammed like crazy again. Well worth this review if you fancy it go get it! You will not regret it. noise reduction. Tight, perfect fit. Faux leather carrying case included. also roll up tightly. If you don't like it, you're too prudish! Rock on bruh!
