Review on VHBW Surface Pro Charger: Compatible with Surface Pro X, Pro Tablet, Surface Book, and Surface Laptop - 15V2.58A Power Supply by Rusty Smith

I used this to fully charge the battery once and it stopped working on the second charge. I plugged in my SP3 when the battery was low and left it overnight. When I next used it, the battery was at about 75%. As I thought, the battery could not drain so quickly. After reconnecting, I see that the charger is no longer charging. I've tried multiple outlets to troubleshoot when it was an extension cord I was plugged into, to no avail. When plugged in, the power adapter heats up like it's trying to charge, but the indicator on the SP3 connector doesn't light up and the GUI doesn't show that the device is charging. I have a separate dock that charges through the same port and the device charges fine when connected to the dock. All signs point to a power outage. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back or a replacement.
