I'm so glad I bought them! They are SUPER tiny, just what I wanted. I bought a few before claiming they were a 2mm stone and they felt huge on my lip. They were screwable, which is very difficult, and I lost a few bricks trying to screw them in. THESE are plug-ins and so easy to use. It took two seconds and I didn't even use the mirror. I also like the clear plastic stand. I like that I don't have to worry about metal wearing down my teeth or gums all the time. And I realized that I can only use the pole as a deposit for work if I feel like it. I am very happy with this purchase and you really can't beat the price. If you fidget it might not work for you as the head is so small you could potentially pull it out.
