Poor Service, Poorer Product

Had a spill after a year of owning the machine and had to replace the screen. First replacement worked for 2 months of MILD usage before the screen started stopped working. I contact customer support in hoping to get a free replacement since it's only been a couple months on a screen that is supposed to last a very long time. They refused and told me to buy another. Since it was a cheaper option than buying a new machine, I did and the screen didn't work from the start. Worst customer interaction and product quality I have ever had in my life.

Pros

Worked well to get my printer up and running again. Easy to part to change.

Cons

Noise: While the Sonic Mini 4K 3D Printer Compatible PHROZEN 6.1 4K Mono-LCD is generally quiet during operation, it can produce a noticeable noise level when printing larger objects. This could be an issue for those who need a printer that operates without producing any noise disruptions
