The most useful feature of this tool for me has been its automated email follow ups, which have increased my conversions by as much 70%. I am using it with one software product only - Salesforce Chatter bot integration via Zapier (Zap). Other than that there are no issues or dislikes so far from what i can see in their UI/UX documentation. This would be perfect if they had more automation options available within all 3 products like Airtable does. It's great because now we're able get data insights into our customers' behavior without having them leave our platform to complete surveys!
