Best way yet found when looking at automating sales force customer feedback

The most useful feature of this tool for me has been its automated email follow ups, which have increased my conversions by as much 70%. I am using it with one software product only - Salesforce Chatter bot integration via Zapier (Zap). Other than that there are no issues or dislikes so far from what i can see in their UI/UX documentation.

This would be perfect if they had more automation options available within all 3 products like Airtable does. It's great because now we're able get data insights into our customers' behavior without having them leave our platform to complete surveys!
