The head broke twice in the same place

Latest update: Although Mattel is replacing it again, after a few months the head broke off in the same place. This is clearly a design flaw. My son plays with it quite roughly (and very regularly), but we probably have over 70 Mattel JW dinosaurs and none of the others broke their 'Dino Battles'. Mattel will replace it again for free, but I'm not sure if it won't break again. I'm still giving it 3 stars (when it should be 2.5) because it's an AMAZING collectible figure. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for real games with real children. I can't tell you how long my son wanted the Indominus, but I couldn't bring myself to pay $350 for a 2015 model. Not only is this toy better than them, but we pre-ordered it a full month before release (thanks, Revain!). As for the toy itself, this toy is huge. It's more than a T-Rex that can "hit/throw" or "bite/fight". For the photos I put it next to Blue, Rexy and the Mosasaurus from the last fight so you can get an idea of the actual size. The grab and bite functions are actually functional, which I can't say for all toys in this range, and the throat lighting is just great. You can easily grab another toy to pick it up, but you can't do this with other grabbing dinosaurs. My 3 year old can easily grab and lift a Gallimimus. However, the best thing about this toy is how easy it is to stand up. Some JW toys only stand up when placed in a very specific position, and they're still ready to fall over in high winds. Standing firmly in multiple positions, the Indominus is very durable for both child play and collector posing. It also looks good - the sculpture and colors are very faithful to the film. The only thing I could change is to color the front claws. Overall this is a very solid toy and a great representation of one of the most iconic dinosaurs in the series. Update: After about two months of stable play, the head came off (the piece of plastic in the neck cracked and broke). not held with glue or epoxy). Called Mattel and they quickly replaced it - they sent me another free one and a prepaid label to send the first one back. The one year warranty was great. I ended up having to buy another one if they didn't cover it, so I really appreciate it!
