DON'T LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS they are either fake or from people not using the litter box as intended. I have 4 cats (including one with a fluffy Maine Coon) so trust me CG is put to good use as is this litter. I haven't had the slightest problem with this product so I'll keep buying it. I bought another CG that I will (PROPERLY) connect to the wash line and I am not considering NOT using any other type of pellets. So let me get to the bottom of these misleading negative reviews: CG overnight and after a few uses. This is BS. If it really was a clog, these people probably had all of their CG clogged with feces mixed in their hair before changing the pellets, or they didn't use the Wye Fitter to connect their CG to the laundry drain and/or theirs Main line was completely clogged. Baked in with soap scum and human hair, so it's not the pellets, it's the people who don't take care of their homes or follow directions accordingly. threw them all into the grinder where they stayed sticky and wet until the next wash, resulting in an error message. Another possibility is that they manually start their CG when it has a lot of poo to save sanitation costs (ringing, huh?) or they lost or "forgot" to put the genie ball back in the bunker . Lesson Learned: USE YOUR CatGenie ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MANUAL: Run and clean your CG regularly as instructed, don't overcrowd, clean your cats, make sure you take proper care of your home and it will not happen! As I said, I have several indoor cats and use these pellets AT ALL with no problems. The photo shows what comes out of these pellets after a full wash, small particles the size of a speck of dust (much smaller than sand) and very few and far apart so they will NOT clog the main line or CH. by itself. You have particles the first few times CG works with new grains, and then almost none. In comparison, our washing machine pumps 10 times more Cr** out of your garden tools or baby clothes (handkerchiefs, dried plasticine clothes, grass, paper), not to mention (sorry for horror) people. #2s evacuating your closets! So don't listen to mindless users who do pointless things and blame everything they can think of. This is a great product that works great with computer graphics.
