I just had to copy some homecoming slides. Nothing fantastic. I took my iPad or iPhone and just took pictures. Went like clockwork. I then used Apple software on my iPad to edit the light and color and it was great. This viewer is solid, the light stays on, you don't have to keep pressing the slider to turn on the light. Instead of paying $300-$400 to have my slides professionally converted, this $30 product did the job perfectly. As long as you are patient and carefully position the lens of your iPad or iPhone, this is perfect.
