Great solution to a recurring hose problem
This vacuum cleaner is worth the money but the hose appears to have a design flaw: it rips and tears just before entering the handle. After several hiatuses and inadequate fixes/repairs, I finally decided to look for a replacement for the entire unit. Worth the money instead of throwing away the whole vacuum and starting over. So far this one is holding up better than the original, but it's only a few months old so time will tell.
