Difficult to set up but works great
When I first used this cable I had the same problem of poor quality and low volume. I then removed my cheap phone case to fully plug in and everything worked perfectly. The initial setup is also a bit confusing as you actually have to hang up the Polycom for callers to hear you. After you figure things out, this is a great, easy option.
