Product is unreliable, just don't buy it.

Keep in mind that there are simply no Seagate service centers in the 2022 and it will be quite problematic to return it to the manufacturer for repair.
Previously considered Seagate the most reliable. Moreover, the guarantee for them is 5 years (when I took it was like that), but this is a "special", limited guarantee - read on the Seagate website.

Pros

Advantages: capacity, price, well-known brand. But. See comments.

Cons

Broke after 9 months of home use. My breakdown is not an isolated case. I didn't even have time to fill it up. I don’t know which of these news is good - decide for yourself before buying this device. The system offers to format the damaged disk, but there 500g of data is an irreparable loss. Use additional storage.
