Sizes: To wear these you must have small to medium hands. They are firm and don't stretch at all. The threaded bracelet has an inner circumference of 19cm while the beaded bracelet has an inner circumference of 19.8cm. My wife couldn't wear either bracelet on her arm, but she says they make a good gift for a friend with small hands. [Husband's note: I'm not a big guy and have medium to small hands for a man. When my wife couldn't put them on, I decided to give it a try, but I couldn't put any of the bracelets on.
