First, let me say that I'm an inexperienced newbie. Just a mom who thought it would be fun to learn how to do my daughter and nails during quarantine. First I tried dips. They fit me well as I already have long nails so they will easily last 1-2 weeks. Not so much for my daughter, though, who bites her nails. We had this problem in the salon and at home, sometimes the dips would show up the next day. This polygel kit is easy to use and absolutely stays fresh longer. Prepare your nail according to the directions and it will take some practice to figure out how much gel to use and how thick you like it. I also read online the advice to use a nail form one size larger than your real nail to improve coverage. The lightest purple in the photo was left under the dip and the rest of the colors are from this set. I estimate that for an average adult with the nail length listed on the tube you can do about three sets. So you can get 24 sets from this set. Damn good for the price considering polygel manicures range from $55 to $150 plus tip. My daughter and I bought special UV gloves to keep our hands from aging under UV light.
