I was looking for a good window light and it's perfect. I was not happy with most window lights due to the unnaturally white LED. I've been looking for a golden, more natural glow and this one is perfect. The remote control is very handy because with my old ones I had to go around and manually turn on each light. Also, in the past I've had plug-in headlights that just looked dirty. Much easier for batteries. I use them all year round so I use a lot of batteries so expect to pay extra if you use them every day. With 8 windows, 16 batteries are obtained. Another plus is that they have a suction cup that attaches to the window, which is good if you have a small window sill to keep the candle from falling. The only thing is that the candle is a bit tricky to insert into the plastic surrounding the candle which is attached to the suction cup. I broke some of the plastic holders so be careful, just put them on and try not to apply pressure. I liked them so much that I immediately ordered a second set to have more (my dog chewed a candle). I also recently lost the remote so it was nice to have an extra set and I just pulled out the remote and it worked with all the spark plugs. The remote control is great as you can set it to 4 or 8 hours. It's small, so it's easy to lose it! All in all I have bought many different window candles over the years and this set is by far the best.
