It fits a little tighter than I expected, but it's still good to keep on the nose. It's definitely warm, especially at first, although I've had issues with it getting quite damp and cold after wearing it for a while as it gets a little damp from breathing, and when it gets really cold it gets a bit cold (We have <0*F weather these days) especially when I take it off for a minute and then turn it back on. Still, definitely nice to have. I think the breathability could be a bit better but it's the first one I've had so can't compare if it's ok for a neck seal!
