Best way to save your money on Tools & Equipment
This only seems to work when the battery is fully charged 12 volts. So if you want to test a battery that won't tip your car/truck and its voltage drops to 11 volts, let's say it won't even turn on. I went ahead and bought a real counter as it was just a box with two wires and bulbs and I already have Christmas tree lights so I don't need another box of bulbs.
