This fan was very easy to attach to the back of the headrest. Keeps my little one cool in her car seat and as it is dual fan it can cool the passenger next to her. I'd say it's pretty durable and easy to use because my little one kicks it, changes the direction of the fans on his own, and uses it as a kickstand. We bought a few more fan clips from Walmart/Target that either died after a month of use or didn't have a clip good enough to stay in place. Overall this is a great purchase.
