This is not the first and probably the last roof bag I have bought. During boating season we tend to have more "things” that we need to transport along with the trailer. Most bags will be torn in the wind or pierced by objects inside. I'm glad we bought this brand of bag because it's very strong, thick and reinforced to withstand the wind on the freeway. The included anti-slip mat is good because we have a panoramic sunroof and it doesn't have the same texture as the roof. We used this on a Tiguan with roof rails, but you can use it with window anchors (supplied) if you don't have them. As for the size, it is large, occupying about 70% of the roof. One tip - make sure the zip is closed! You really can't go wrong with this!
