I like these lights. I have several different brands but this is my first time ordering this brand. The first thing I noticed is that the copper wire is more durable than some of the other brands I've had. It's not bad at all because they don't get tangled. Some brands have all three wires split between each light. If they get tangled, just throw them away. It literally took me HOURS to unravel them. So that's a huge bonus for me. The amount of light is about what I would expect at low levels, and at high levels it's actually bright enough that I don't have to turn on other lights. There are 6 settings and no remote control. The controller is part of the power cord. Just want to let you know that if you are looking for remote controlled lights with lots of options like some have, this is not what you want. Differing dimming and flickering is nice sometimes, but that doesn't bother me. However, I would have liked a remote control. Getting to the switch can be a problem unless your outlet is very close to where you want the light on. I just leave mine on all the time to fix this problem. The first image is on the lowest level and the second is on the highest. It doesn't look much different in the photo, but it's noticeable in real life.
