Money well spent! in Computers and Accessories

I am impressed with the quality of this screwdriver set, especially for the price. I was planning to buy a Wiha or Wera set which are probably the highest quality precision instruments but I didn't want to shell out a bigger set right now including a Pentalobe 0.8 and 1.2. I needed the pentalobe to replace my wife's iPhone battery, so I was looking for a cheaper kit to get the job done that would be useful for other tasks as well. The battery I bought was listed with or without iPhone tools for $8 less. So I figured if I could find a decent set of screwdrivers for a little over the $8 difference, that would be money well spent. The Kaisi set has served me well so far and only costs $13.42, which is just under $6 more than I would pay for a battery pack with a few specific tools. All the tools are well made except maybe the tweezers although they worked well too I just don't think they will last long. This is not a problem as I have other tweezers that are well made. What mattered to me were the beats and drivers and they all seem well done. I haven't fully tested it yet, but considering the good performance when replacing iPhone batteries, I'm impressed. All tips are well made and fit perfectly on the screws. I tested multiple bits and all three drivers. They are also magnetic and have enough strength to hold the screws without dropping them. I was able to apply a small amount of torque without removing the screws or bits. In addition to the well-made instruments, I am very impressed with the case itself. The case feels and performs like a quality case. Love the little tab that you press to flip the bits over for easier removal and just slide them back when you're done. Every detail slides in and out smoothly, but they're all strong enough not to slip off. In addition, all other tools are firmly locked in place. I had no problem removing or swapping anything out of the kit and when I'm done with that the magnet keeps the case securely closed. Honestly, at $13.42 this is a bargain. As far as I can tell there are a few other companies or brands that sell the same kit for a few bucks more. I personally would go with Kaisi and save a little more money.
