I bought this charger and used it for about 2 months with no problems, but one night I was charging my Fitbit and when I unplugged it after about an hour my Fitbit Alta was incredibly hot and has Won't turn on, restart, or sync with computer. I'm sure the charger had something to do with the damage as my wife's Fitbit Versa later that night was charged from the same USB socket with no issues. To test this again, I plugged the charger into my computer's USB port and plugged the Alta into it. After about 3 minutes it got very hot again. I contacted support and they offered me a refund for the product but they didn't offer any help replacing mytracker. I didn't expect them to do it, but I had to hope. from a faulty device that just accidentally messed up my Fitbit.
