Big kid size or smaller wrist. It is suitable for women's medium-sized wristwatch/large wristwatch/bracelet. My daughter's wrist is above average and I prefer to wear L/XL on the wrist so it's at the top of the velcro but it's great for us because if it comes loose it doesn't fall off. I think it would be great for a medium size. Students in grades 3-7. We use it with her Gabb watch and it snaps beautifully onto the watch/phone/tracker.
