Review on Green Kosui Sauce Dipping Bowls by Kevin Folsom

My 1st set arrived damaged. They didn't wrap it in thick green foil, they wrapped it in bubble wrap. As you can see it was broken. I ordered the original set on November 25th with one day delivery. I emailed the seller (whom I still haven't heard from 4 days later) to replace the one but I decided to hit the return button after the seller didn't say a word. But after checking, I found that this was made and submitted by Revain. So Revain had to fix the delivery error. They've updated the app yet again, so sharing isn't a direct option. You must click on the specific reason why you want to return the product and only then will the exchange or replacement option appear. I ordered a free return and it arrived today. They are beautiful. I will definitely keep them out of the microwave and dishwasher. The floor is not glazed but made of raw stone. Only the inner and upper outer edges are glazed. If it wasn't for the broken original packaging I would have given them a 5. Strong colors, small and flat.
