Description of Yokohama iceGUARD SUV G075 225/65 R17 102Q winter

Winter studless tire Yokohama IceGUARD G075 is designed for crossovers and SUVs in need of reliable grip in harsh winter conditions. The IceGUARD G075 combines the cutting-edge technology of the iceGUARD and iby winter tires for SUVs and SUVs Geolandar. The Yokohama Ice Guard SUV G075 winter tire was developed to replace the Geolandar I/T-S, a popular model that had some drawbacks. The most significant of these were grip properties, significantly improved in the novelty. The use of the latest technologies and materials allowed it to surpass its predecessor in most other driving characteristics. Universal drainage grooves To a large extent, grip on winter surfaces has been improved due to the multifunctionality of the grooves running between the blocks and ribs of the tread. In addition to drainage, these elements perform other functions. In particular, the longitudinal grooves of the zigzag shape, providing a contact patch with additional edges, improve grip on an icy surface. In addition, this design at their intersections allows the tread to better cling to the snowy surface, due to the ability to grip and hold snow. High control accuracy Another advantage over the previous model is the increased control accuracy. This parameter was also improved due to the features in the design of the running part of the tread. A wide, unbreakable rib runs along its center, resistant to deformation, like the shoulder blocks. These elements provide a faster transfer of transverse acceleration forces to the supporting frame elements. As a result, the tire reacts almost instantly to the actions of the driver, giving the process of driving a car with precision and transparent feedback. Sipes in all areas of the treadCompared to the previous model, the sipe density has been significantly increased. The miniature slots are spaced a few millimeters apart, as are the engagement edges they form. This was made possible thanks to the 3D design of the lamellas. This design prevents them from closing under the influence of the weight of the car, and in addition, it limits the mobility of the blocks, which has a positive effect on handling and maneuverability on various types of surface. Optimized Rubber CompoundMost of the traction on ice comes not from tread design, but from some of the properties of the rubber compound. It contains components that allow the tire to absorb moisture from an icy surface. Such "drying" of the contact patch ensures 100% use of all the possibilities of the running part of the tread. In addition, the composition of the compound includes special polymers. With their help, the tire literally sticks to the icy surface, fitting even the smallest bumps as tightly as possible. This property is maintained even at very low ambient temperatures. Evaluate the effectiveness of...

Get a good tire, you won't regret it. For the second time I take different sizes. Moreover, I went to the first batch after the second year and didn’t take pictures in the summer and winter! and was not erased in the summer at a temperature of plus + 40. And then in the winter behaved perfectly!

Pros
  • Very good quality tires. I bought it for the first time on a santafe then it was P17. Now I took P19 to Cherry Exid. Holds the road very well on snow and on ice and in a snowdrift. It drips just fine!
Cons
  • did not find

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

Winter forced me to write a review, so I did. I purchased a Dunlop, but I never skated a season thanks to the lousy tires. purchased on FE4 Santa. There is no longer any ice or cold here in Hong Kong, and noise levels are even below 120. The automobile drives cautiously on the ice. Yakohama retains the brand in theory. so, be gentle.

Pros
  • holds the road quietly

How could such a bad product be made?

I'm from Hong Kong and after using Spikes for ten years, I gave this Velcro a shot. do not accept it. This is awful rubber; it drags from side to side as you drive, it has little traction on ice, and it will only be often used off-road in the summer. whether there is a buyer out there.

Pros
  • quiet
Cons
  • fails miserably as a road indicator

Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.

There is no way to do tire fitting or tire fitting with fitting at the warehouse where the tires are stored. The seller's partners are offering a price of one thousand dollars each wheel, but there is also a discount of twenty percent being applied. The cost of tires is 8% more than what one would pay in Hong Kong.

Pros
  • The cabin is very quiet (there are no spikes), and the vehicle's handling and braking are satisfactory. Slowly navigates through the cracks on the roadway. They gave me the option to choose the size, and I chose the largest one available because I wanted the rubber to be large enough that it would not come into contact with the body or the suspension even when the wheel was turned to its most extreme angle.
Cons
  • To ensure that the wheels were perfectly balanced, a large number of weights (up to 200 grams each) were utilized. However, there is still a thumping at speeds more than 120 kilometers per hour. When travelling on a wavy surface, there is a certain "jumping" that occurs.

Great product, best quality.

The term of use is 6 months - the flight is normal. One puncture per season: a pin 6 cm * 1 cm * 0.3 cm . For two weeks I pumped up once every three days, then they pulled it out at the tire shop and were surprised - how well the rubber held such a significant puncture .

Pros
  • Soft, quiet, good road holding.
Cons
  • No

Mediocre goods, most likely I will not use.

Land Rover Discovery Sport in all its glory. I've been behind the wheel for two seasons now, and while it's been great on this rubber so far, this year, after a snowstorm on ice, it dragged me quite good and slowed me down a little bit. Then, that same evening, while I was driving back at a speed of 60 kilometers per hour, similarly on a straight road, I crashed into some kind of ice, which I didn't even detect with my wife, and I also had a terrible accident, and I was terrified. The husband's

Pros
  • Calm and comfortable amid the snow
Cons
  • Despite what the reviews say (I have read them), and despite the seller's best efforts, it does not slow down when it is driven on ice. It is quite evident that no one can overturn the physical rules, yet her behavior on ice in the most recent instances following a snowfall has left me feeling unsettled.

The right product for me, there were no problems.

In place of the factory-issued tires measuring 255/50 R20, I installed these tires measuring 265/50 R20 on the Ford Explorer. In January of 2022, the number 42 had four tires ready for mounting. Only being able to compare them to standard Continental Cross Contact summer tires, which I have successfully used in the winter, is all I have to go on here. When using summer tires on a snowy road, the anti-lock braking system (ABS) was engaged during acceleration and braking, and the vehicle was…

Pros
  • Price Confidence when on the highway
Cons
  • I was sold new tires that are more than a year and a half and a half old. This is the only negative that has been discovered so far.

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

The tires are quiet, very comfortable (I have a high profile, maybe because of this), balancing without loads on two wheels out of four. Handling is good on any surface, including ice. Loose snow or mud is not her element, it is better not to meddle unless absolutely necessary. By loose snow, I mean not only what happens on the roads during a snowfall, but driving on soil, through a field, through snowdrifts in an all-wheel drive car. For example, I drove to my site in February-March with some

Pros
  • Handling, even on ice, balancing two wheels with no weight at all.
Cons

I'm impressed! Exactly the product deserves your attention.

On the Ford Explorer with the standard 255/50 R20 tires, I installed this rubber with 265/50 R20 specifications. In January 2022, there were 4 tires with mounting in 42. These tires are the only ones I have to compare them to because I was able to ride my usual Continental Cross Contact summer tires in the winter. When braking and accelerating on an icy road while using summer tires, ABS was activated, and when braking, the car was pushed helplessly forward. On this rubber, acceleration on ice…

Pros
  • Price Confidence While Driving
Cons
  • My new tires, which are more than 1.5 years old, were sold. This is the only negative found thus far.
