I live in Phoenix Arizona and it's summer now so any product will have a problem with the heat out here. I had to wrap my house at ground level with brown kraft paper so I could keep pavement sealant from splattering. I bought this band because it was RED and I just wanted to see where my maximum limit was. So I covered the house with paper and used red tape to finish it off. Spring. it's not good left. I ended up using it a few hours after sunset and used a rubber roller to stick the tape to my house. definitely. it took. hardly. 5 stars for easy take out of the house. Heck, he practically jumped off it. The value wasn't where it needed to be to endure. Significantly REDUCED the price or used adhesives in the manufacturing process that are not destroyed by sea air from China to the USA - Tony Cusimano
