This monitor has a very good picture. It has a very strong footing. The speakers feel comfortable, if not impressive. Essentially, speakers will "take you until you get real speakers". I like the brightness and contrast compared to the monitor I replaced. My two biggest issues are: 1. The stand seems to be height adjustable, although I see NO WAY to set it to the lowest position. It is spring loaded and always goes up. Not ideal for my monitor shelf. I had to use long cable ties to attach it. 2. The price varies greatly. The moment I bought it for $124 I decided I wanted two and found that the price is now $189! That's a pretty steep jump in price in one night. I had another one in my cart for $124 and was able to order it again. Once again after I ordered it the price showed $189. I'm not saying this monitor isn't worth $200. But a $65 day-to-day price swing seems highly unreasonable considering that's a 54% jump in price! In any case, I recommend this $124 monitor if you either want the monitor mounted high or are willing to find a way to hold it up. Nothing in the instructions touches on that!
