Battery drains quickly, product design isn't the best
The plastic charging port cover on the bottom of the blender isn't enough to ensure no water gets in, it's also easy to remove and return failed. The blender worked well for a while, but after a few weeks the battery stopped holding a charge. I used it probably a good 12 times before it became completely useless. It is also difficult to clean the slots under the blades as they are not removable.
