Contrary to the reviews read, this one doesn't quite fit the 2021 Tesla Model Y. Was it easy to attach the light to the wires? Yes. Will it fully lock like the original light? Absolutely not. I tried to use a little force to push it into place hoping to hear a click, but that only resulted in the light getting stuck. I tried to remove the lantern and it was just starting to disintegrate. I had to use pliers to take it off without breaking the puddle light wire. I tried 2 different lights on 2 different doors and the result was the same. I can't stress this enough, but don't expose yourself to the same fear I went through. It is not worth.
