WILL NOT FIT 2021 MODEL Y

Contrary to the reviews read, this one doesn't quite fit the 2021 Tesla Model Y. Was it easy to attach the light to the wires? Yes. Will it fully lock like the original light? Absolutely not. I tried to use a little force to push it into place hoping to hear a click, but that only resulted in the light getting stuck. I tried to remove the lantern and it was just starting to disintegrate. I had to use pliers to take it off without breaking the puddle light wire. I tried 2 different lights on 2…

No pinout guide. Not plug and play. May fall apart when removed.

No pinout instructions. Although diode LEDs are not turned on by reverse polarity, non-users will understand this and will be afraid to install it. The only instructions are on the Revain product page and that page does not state which Tesla model it is. My Model Y is April 2021 and comes with a photo. LED spotlight with Tesla Ghost Shadow logo for car doors, puddles of light! Just perfect!

After seeing a post in the Tesla Motor Club about these types of lights I took a look here on Revain. Of all the flashlights, they had a Tesla log and Tesla's name projected onto the ground. After reading the description and how they were made I was sure it would be cat meows. I was not disappointed. The lights came with two extension cords to facilitate installation as described. Installation was easy, with a small putty scraper to brighten up the stock headlights. They came out easily enough,
