After seeing a post in the Tesla Motor Club about these types of lights I took a look here on Revain. Of all the flashlights, they had a Tesla log and Tesla's name projected onto the ground. After reading the description and how they were made I was sure it would be cat meows. I was not disappointed. The lights came with two extension cords to facilitate installation as described. Installation was easy, with a small putty scraper to brighten up the stock headlights. They came out easily enough, but the wire connectors were a bit short, but not so short that they couldn't be used with these lights. But to make installation that much easier, why not use the extension cords provided. The ends of the plug simply plug into the socket on the light and the other end accepts the plug pulled from the stock light. Disconnecting the standard cable connector from the factory light was a bit of a challenge at first, as I didn't want to damage anything by unplugging the cable, for example. I used a small needle nose pliers to push and pull the tabs holding the connector in place. That didn't seem to help, so I grabbed the plug with pliers and pulled, and the plug popped out of the socket. I painted the driver and passenger doors on my new Model X. I was amazed at how focused and bright these lights were. Everyone I show is amazed at how it looks. I smile broadly every time I open the door in the dark and see a picture on the floor. I recommend this light to all others you can find in your search. It's the six lenses that give this projection light such a great image with precise focus. I don't think you will find anything else to top this. Simply order and install in five minutes - that's all it takes. Disclaimer: I was not paid for this review, nor did I receive any product.
