Very satisfied overall. Installation time, including going down to the basement to get the washing machines and figuring out where to put the stand, was about 51 minutes. I have a 16" Macbook Pro and a 32" monitor. It shakes a bit when I hit the table, but that's probably true of all coasters. Don't notice any trouble while typing. They include most of the hex wrenches you need, but you'll need 8mm to adjust the axle that the Vesa mount attaches to. Tighten it before placing a 32 inch monitor on it. You may find it handy to have a couple of washers handy in case you need to tighten the monitor a bit when placing the monitor on the stand. They include standoffs for curved monitors, but I needed about two washers on the top bracket. They contain mounting kits for two monitors. Refer to the diagram for attaching the Vesa mount to the laptop stand (you will also need to tighten the hinge). I'll see how I feel after a week of use but for now it's doing exactly what I need.
